Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit dobrysygnal.pl, send the contact form or email us, and how the AI Act applies to calls made by our AI voice agent.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Łukasz Chachurski, trading as RMLC Łukasz Chachurski, ul. Lwowska 38, 40-389 Katowice, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9542590066. Dobry Sygnał is our brand. Contact: kontakt@dobrysygnal.pl.
2. Data we process and why
- Contact form and email: work email, company name, your description of the process and the page you sent it from. We use them to reply and prepare a pilot proposal (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) and keep them for 12 months after the last contact if no contract follows.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request times in server and security logs (Art. 6(1)(f)), kept up to 30 days.
- Visit source: UTM parameters, landing page and referrer; Google Ads click IDs only with marketing consent.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); see section 5.
3. Recipients and transfers
Our processors are Cloudflare (hosting and the contact form), Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, Ireland, for email delivery), Google (email; Analytics and Ads with consent) and ElevenLabs (voice technology in client projects). Some of them may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (via “Cookie settings” in the footer). You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
5. Cookies
Without consent we store only what the site needs to work: your cookie choice (ds_consent, localStorage) and the visit source for the form (ds_attr, sessionStorage). Google tags run in Consent Mode v2 and set analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) or advertising cookies (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw) only after you agree.
6. AI agent calls: GDPR and the AI Act
- We make calls on behalf of our clients. For those calls the client is the controller and we act as its processor (GDPR Art. 28).
- The agent always says it is an AI in its first sentence, as required by Article 50(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
- Before a campaign starts we agree with the client who may be called and on what legal basis, following the rules of the country being called.
- Anyone who does not want further calls is added to the client's exclusion list straight away.
- Recordings and transcripts are used for the client report and quality checks and are deleted after 90 days unless the contract says otherwise.
The sample recordings on this site were produced by two AI agents talking to each other. No real customers took part.
